MacArthur High School 50+1 Reunion of the Class of 1970

We are on again, again! If you have already registered the first time, you're good to go. If you have not yet registered, now is the time. Below find the new dates for your Class Reunion:

Friday, May 14, 2021

This casual get-together will be held at the Bracken Store and Ice House located at 18415 Bracken Drive and owned by classmate Ken Lawrence. Food trucks will be available on site. Everyone will pay for their own food and drinks. This event will be from 6:30 to midnight and dress is casual. If you think you will come to this event, please sign up below so we can let them know how many are coming and have a name tag for you (and your spouse/guest).

The main event will be at The Petroleum Club of San Antonio at 8620 North New Braunfels, Suite 700. We heard what you said about the last time we met at this venue. We have expanded our area and provided greater spacing so you can move around easily and spend quality time with your classmates. Pricing is as follows:

• Early bird price-2020 - if you pay by SEP 1, 2020 
  $80.00 per person.
• Early bird price-2021 - if you pay SEP 2, 2020 - APR 15, 2021 
  $83.00 per person. 
• Regular price - if you pay APR 16 - MAY 8, 2021 
  $90.00 per person.
• At the door price – if you pay MAY 9 - MAY 15, 2021
  $100.00 per person.

 

• THERE WILL BE A $5.00 SERVICE FEE PER PERSON FOR CANCELLATIONS THROUGH MARCH 15, 2021.


• THERE WILL BE A $20.00 SERVICE FEE PER PERSON FOR CANCELLATIONS FROM MARCH 16, 2021 - MAY 8, 2021.


• NO REFUNDS AFTER May 8, 2021

The price includes heavy Hors d’ oeuvres and music. Cash bar. This event will be from 7:00 to 11:00 (food served from 7:30-9:30) and dress is business casual (Guys – slacks & collared shirts; Gals – you know what to wear.)

We don’t want price to keep anyone from coming to the Saturday night event. There are scholarships available so that anyone that may not afford being able to attend will be able to. All you need to do is get in touch with Jennifer or Butch and make your request known. All requests will be held in strictest confidence. If you have a desire to help contribute to the scholarship fund, just go to the donations page or let Jennifer or Butch know.

We have also been asked about accommodation recommendations and that information will be forthcoming. Uber and Lyft are also available for those who wish to use them.

Pass this information along to members of classes of ’69 and ’71. We’d love to have them join us for the festivities.
