50th+1 Reunion Survey

The 50th+1 Reunion of the MacArthur Class of 1970 is history.  In order to better plan for our next reunion, we are asking classmates to take this survey.

NOTE:  Your survey responses will be confidential. Other Classmates cannot see how you answer, but each Classmate will be able to see the collective class results.
